Our first interaction with Bryan and Strange Insurance was after Hurricane Rita.  We had homeowners insurance with another insurance company for 10 years and when our renewal came due the rate had doubled.  When I called Bryan and Strange and spoke with Connie and explained what was going on, she asked for my information and said to give her a day or so to gather some quotes.  After calling several insurance companies we went with Bryan and Strange because Connie took the interest to get us the best quote and to explain all options to have better coverage than we had before.
